OUR TEAM

Natalie is one of the directors of the company and has been working in the mental health sector since the age of 18 years old. Natalie initially found her passion for mental health in the United Kingdom and worked in acute hospital settings and then immigrated to Australia in 2006. Natalie remained in hospital settings until 2017 and then worked within the Cairns community supporting people experiencing chronic homelessness and mental health illness until 2022.  Natalie is able to build therapeutic relationships, which then builds trust, and subsequently achieves extraordinary outcomes.
